The Board of Directors and management are aware of the damage to the fence surrounding the Eagle's Nest pond at the entrance of the community, and are already in the throes of mitigation and repair. While the fence is down, we urge residents to avoid the area. While the retained water in the pond is deep, please note that this is not a swimming pond, nor are there fish present in the pond, so please do not attempt to swim nor fish the pond.
